New Equipment: PVD

Impreglon (RI) recently installed a PVD batch coater. The MZR-373 cathodic arc system is capable of applying both decorative and functional coatings to a wide range of substrate materials. With its large effective coating zone and multi-option racking carousel, our MZR-373 system can handle both large and small parts cost effectively. More importantly, it's a true "job shop" machine, engineered for production flexibility. Target changes are simple, process times are relatively brief.

Cleaning Line

Complimenting our Metaplas PVD batch coater is a new, fully automatic, ultrasonic cleaning line. Clean parts are a prerequisite to achieving quality PVD coatings and our CAE Ranshoff cleaning line ensures that Impreglon (RI) has spot-free parts for all its coating lines. This custom manufactured unit allows Impreglon (RI) to clean and dry parts on the rack, reducing handling and possible part contamination.
